Ensemble was established in 1989 as a development, property management and asset management real estate firm headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. The company had grown to 90 employees in four locations by 2008, with a total portfolio of 3.25 million square feet in 56 properties. The majority of the properties were healthcare related.
In November 2008, Ensemble merged with the DevMan Company, a competitive healthcare development and management company also headquartered in Phoenix. The merger was desirable given the DevMan Company's complementary medical office development resume and its brokerage services platform.
The resulting company offers a comprehensive range of real estate services, including development, investment, management and brokerage. Ensemble's current portfolio (assets owned, managed or under development), is sized at approximately 5.57 million square feet in 120 properties.
