Randy McPherson

Randy McPherson - Special Projects

With his attention to detail, an eye for improvement, and willingness to challenge the norms and shift in paradigms, Randy McPherson fits perfectly the vision the managing directors had when they hired him. When he first joined Ensemble, Randy was charged with helping to improve the appearance of the older properties in Ensemble's portfolio. Randy took a look at the properties from the visitor's point of view with a vision to create a calming environment rather than a sterile one. Randy's position has expanded since then and he now also oversees our most challenging capital improvement projects so that property managers can devote their time, without distraction, to the needs of their tenants. When Randy is not dedicated to one "special project", he works independently identifying areas that can be improved and researching new and innovative products all in an effort to create a unique Ensemble experience for our tenants and visitors. While most of his colleagues are just as likely to see him digging a hole for a new sign post as sitting in a meeting providing guidance and direction, they may be surprised to know that he is an aficionado of champagnes and regularly hosts unique and inspiring tastings for his family and friends.
