This project is the cornerstone of the west campus expansion for Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center and provides the gateway for the entrance to the campus. Ensemble was proud to partner with the hospital on this development. The cooperative spirit of the venture resulted in a truly exceptional project. Through the vision of the hospital and guidance of Ensemble, this building came to the market in advance of the recent spike in construciton costs and now represents the best medical space available in Reno and at the most competitive rental rates. In addition, it houses a state-of-the-art wellness center. This wellness center is one of the first of it’s kind in Reno and besides expanding Saint Mary’s excellent reputation in the market place, also offers an excellent amenity to the tenants of the building.
