Centennial Hills Medical Office Building I is the first Medical Office Building to be constructed on the Centennial Hills Hospital Medical Center Campus. Centennial Hills Medical Office Building I will be located directly to the Southeast of the Hospital with an enclosed walkway going to the Hospital from the second floor of the MOB. The project broke ground Summer 2006, and has expected occupancy in the Fall 2007. The Centennial Hills Medical Office Building I will provide opportunities for Physicians to design their offices in a prominent location, on the Hospital campus. and in a state-of-the-art building dedicate to medical practices.
