- Geographical network encouraging cross-marketing
- Acquisition price/development cost that allows for competitive rental rates
- Proper mix of tenants/medical practices
- Reputation of the existing physicians and/or tenants and the property within the community
When you combine these components in a property, the venture has an excellent chance for success. Other deficiencies can be overcome, of course, and in many cases they have been.
