From our first acquisition to our most recent development, our company's philosophy when planning acquisition/development includes:
- Quality properties associated with a recognized medical center or in strategic locations
- Geographical network encouraging cross-marketing
- Acquisition price/development cost that allows for competitive rental rates
- Proper mix of tenants/medical practices
- Reputation of the existing physicians and/or tenants and the property within the community
When you combine these components in a property, the venture has an excellent chance for success. Other deficiencies can be overcome, of course, and in many cases they have been. Whether a property is in need of capital improvements, re-tenanting, re-marketing or simply better attention to the existing tenant base, we have demonstrated a remarkable track record for overcoming these inadequacies.
