The tenants of an Ensemble project must be satisfied with their facilities or the project will not succeed. And, we base the measure of that success on how well it is leased.

By specializing in medical properties, we understand that we are dealing with a finite, refined client base. We also know that many of our clients interact with each other. The bottom line: keep our existing tenants and hospital clients satisfied and we'll have a successful project.

Our role in leasing buildings is:

• Ensure that the medical community is aware of our projects and the opportunity to lease there.
• When leasing a project located on a hospital campus, coordinate with the hospital on physician recruitment efforts.
• Manage the practice types in a building to insure a cooperative rather than a competitive environment between the tenants.
• Lend our real estate expertise to prospective tenants by guiding them through our leasing process: fully explain lease terms and offer creative structures when appropriate, assist in effective space planning to maximize space utilization and minimize cost, and oversee the construction process from obtaining competitive pricing to insuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
